No it isn’t a proposal to ban the square, brown, and might I add delicious treat. It is not a subtle jab at Hillary’s relationship to a unnamed former President that tried marijuana but didn’t inhale. Nor is it a law aimed at banning the yearly solicitations of certain pre-teen girls known for going door-to-door, setting up shop inside of malls, as well as manning tables in walmart parking lots, in order to push their crack tainted “sugary” wares on an unsuspecting, and increasingly obese public. (Coincidence? I think not.)

Nothing has changed. I take that back –for some, it’s actually gotten worse. Hopes and dreams that the government will do something to help, that Americans will demand remedy, sink further into the mud that’s overtaken New Orleans with each passing day –or maybe I should say year.
